David Fischer; Alyson Krause

Alyson Krause brings deep expertise as a Managing Director and Head of Security Operations within the Ares Technology and Information Security Group. A champion for inclusive leadership, she also serves on Ares’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and actively mentors emerging women leaders.

David Fischer joins with more than 25 years of experience in workforce development. As a researcher, public official, consultant, and nonprofit leader, he brings a powerful, systems-level perspective to the work ahead.
