WPTI’s leadership programs support early career to executive leaders in tackling the challenges of workforce development management. Workforce Systems Leadership Program (WSLP)

Our Workforce Systems Leadership Program develops senior leaders in New York City’s workforce development system, with a strong focus on fostering leaders of color. This five-month program, in partnership with Coro New York, provides senior workforce leaders across nonprofits, government agencies, and the private sector with strategic leadership training, systems change projects, and expert-led strategy sessions. With over 125 alumni—including CEOs, government officials, and nonprofit leaders—WSLP is shaping the next generation of workforce leaders dedicated to advancing equitable economic recovery and industry innovation.​ Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when applications open!
